well having worried all week about seeing a different nurse, she was great. Pleased about my weight loss, but not wanting it to go down more. She wasn’t horrid about increase in
HbA1c, and had a look at my food diary for past week and bg’s Readings. Pleased with them and that I have got a grip over past 4-5 weeks. Has given me another follow up in 3 months to see if I maintain good results but suggested not testing as much as my fingers will get sore.in my thinking, unless really tight control re diet injectables will be where I am heading, but not stressing about that. I will be as careful as I can be, and minimal “treats” think I am going to definitely turn into a rabbit.
Oh she sort of blew it by mentioning the exercise work. Until that point I liked he

That all sounds very positive Carol.

Hehe! That made me chuckle Carol :D

Glad the appointment went well, and hope the follow-up in 3 months is just as positive. If you've made such good progress over the last 4-5 weeks imagine what you can do in 12 weeks 🙂

Thanks everyone. It’s great to give and receive positive support. Off to clean my ears and bob my tail. MIGHT walk down to beach, not far but a wee start

Thanks .Mike.
The last 6 weeks have been trying, so glad I have turned misery and worry round to positivity and been busy but also had a rest. Planning in my mind for back to work and food prep for next week.i now know I have been invited for a holiday in August, so something else to look forward to. Hopefully before I go for next blood levels
