does anyone use any apps that tell you carb content of food. That doesn’t try and put you on a specific diet. Looking for recommendations going to get the carb counting book ASAP.
 
You have to be careful but some folk use the likes of MyFitnessPal, nutracheck etc but I have come across incorrect information on there more than once, I just use supermarket websites to be honest xx
 
I've got Carbs and Cals and that's excellent, but you can also usually just find the info online, just google "nutritional info of xxx" and it will bring up various sites 🙂

Yes I’ve heard MyFitnessPal can be a bit dodgy.

Lots of people love Carbs and Cals though.
