Today’s 6.0 on waking 7.7 after breakfast 6.2 2 hr after lunch 4.2 2 hrs after BBQ(dinner) went for a little walk after dinner. Not sure why I’m dropping so low in the evenings. Eating carbs and reduced my insulin to 2 units as directed by DSN. I’ve had a banana and some lentil curls so I don’t drop anymore through the night.

Today 6.3 then 8.0 after breakfast 6.1 then 5.4 after lunch 7.2 then 4.6 after dinner my dinner was the first without insulin (DSN said to) had a walk to shops after dinner still dropping in the evening but happy that I seem to be controlling some of it with diet.

Great stuff @Spireite72! Onward and downward 🙂

I know everyone's different but a Bananas is quick acting carbs. Porridge is slow release of carbs ? 🙂
