Dear all,

My name is Kitty Kioskli, and I am a PhD candidate at King's College London. My PhD focuses on, people who suffer from Painful Diabetic Neuropathy (PDN) and is funded by DUK. I am currently conducting a survey targeting to gather a more in-depth understanding of the experience of pain from the perspective of people with PDN.

If you have a diabetes diagnosis, suffer from neuropathic pain due to diabetes and age at least 18 years I would appreciate if you could please spare some time to complete this survey. The survey's link is:

Thank you in advance for your time - it is very much appreciated!

Your participation is vital for diabetes research please take part!

I am on your disposal for any further queries.

Warm regards,
Kitty

Sorry, didn’t read right, I haven’t got diabetic neuropathy

Did it. But, my answers might muddy the waters a bit. It only asks about recent, last 2 weeks, pain. My blood sugar control has been much better recently & I’m not experiencing much, if any, pain. More a heightening of sensation! But, when my blood sugar control is not so good; more pain! Also, unusually, I know, I’m more affected in my right side than the left. The amount of psychological questions also surprised me!

Dear Lanny thank you very much for your time and help I very much appreciate it! The reason for the psychological questions is because our research team are health psychologists and diabetes specialists. Also the analysed data from the present survey will lead to the development and testing of a psychological intervention for neuropathy targeting to pain management! Have a lovely day 🙂
