The amount of wholemeal rice is negligible but if preferred then Cauliflower rice can be used as a substitute if so wished. I make this stir fry often but I use a dessertspoonful of wholemeal rice instead. Its a tasty filling meal.

Sounds beautiful.
All that left over turkey at Christmas stir fry sounds a nice change from the old turkey curry.
Turkey has less fat and more protein than chicken. Did you know?
