Nescafe or kenco

I do get up at 8am go bed at 1/2 is w an hour

Nescafe or kenco
I drink up to 2~3 small mugs of Nescafè decaf coffee daily with 2 of Asda's own Stevia sweeteners. The rest of the day I drink at least 1ltr of water daily.

Sorry don’t understand that Heath.
Sorry up at 8 am and go bed about 1 am and yes 2 an hour doctor just laughs at me

Yes Mrs picks me one up everyday and always go to places where it's on offer works out lot cheaper

I drink about 3 litres of coffee each day also and have done for years. Any place. Any time. Anyway
Has no effect on me whatsoever.
Now I drink it black without any sugar or sweeteners of any type and it is very easy to get used to no problems, wouldn't have it any other way now actually.
I regularly get through 6 or so espressos when I am in the UK on a daily basis. I miss that here. When I say espressos I mean double espressos.
I have never been a fan of fizzy drinks but now I will occasionally have a Coke Zero or Sprite Zero but not to often. Only as an alternative to water
Coffee remains my staple and always will.

Here it is at least £10 for 227gr. All imported and damn expensive, I go through about 3 packs per week bot at home and in my office.

Glad not where you are Vince would cost me fortune, been trying black coffee lately 3 a day been having, struggling to change over though,it should be in my blood my dad used to drink lot of coffee aswell black 2 spoonfuls of coffee no sugar or milk tasted like treacle that strong

For all you coffee drinkers my liver consultant (sorry proper word is to big for me) told me I must drink two cups of black coffee a day. Obviously can drink more but I needed two cups to have the benefits. Don't ask me why, as I just blindly followed his instructions, but maybe when I have my bloods done for him later this month and see him again in May I maybe able to tell you what it does and if it worked for me a former one a day cappacino drinker.

Thats it, I think I'll switch to black coffee to see if it has any effect on all my blood test results, not just my bgl. Watch this space!

Hi granny lorraine and wirralass had my liver tested about a month ago they asked if I was an alcoholic because of my reading never been a drinker in all my life, don't like the taste of it,any way seen the doctor he said don't know what they on about my reading was 90 he said they don't start giving out medication till it reaches 150 so room for a few more coffees yet, I swapped 60 spoonfuls of sugar a day for sweetners a month ago just hope that isn't knackering my liver

Just wondering I go through many sweetness each day, just wanting to know if they doing me any harm,
I drink tea for England with sweeteners at home & half a sugar when at work. Keeps me right most of time but still go low sometimes 😉

I am not medicated and have no idea of my readings, I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, apparently it is more common that we think.

That's nice to hear hobie puts my mind at rest I read all these articles on line about stopping sweetners if diabetic etc, cheers hobie
