I was lucky not to suffer from low carb flu, but many do. It will soon clear up.🙂

Hi mark it's not that bad stays 20 mins then goes it happens several times a day though

I've never heard of this. Low carb flu? I aim for 80g carbs a day.
I have had good success with the HbA1c.
Well done. Keep it up.

I never experienced low carb flu or I certainly wasn't aware of it.
What I did experience about 5 days into dropping my carb intake to 60gr/day from God knows what, was an intense tingling in my legs.
This went on for around 5 hours one Monday afternoon and I started to panic.
However, after interrogating this forum I discovered that that is quite common and that is just my body adjusting to much lower sugar levels. It only every happened the one time.
@Heath o May I suggest you look at the Food/carb forum

and the

They are absolutely excellent with lots of ideas and guidance.
