I wish you had shown me this 60 years ago Vince, it's a bit late in the day for me to change🙂

It is never to late to change Dave 🙂

Now I'm old I often reflect on the people I have known throughout my life who didn't survive for one reason or another. A good friend who died of kidney failure leaving a young wife and two sons because medicine couldn't save him. My mentor at my first job, a terrific guy, even though he was a Geordie🙂, generous to a fault, took his own life because he couldn't cope with alcoholism. My first school crush. I remember her head of beautiful red hair, taken a few years ago through breast cancer. I could go on and on but I'm sure you could reel of just a long a list of those you have known. With all our medical problems we have still managed to survive. Yes life definitely is too short........but I certainly wouldn't want to live forever.

Yes Dave I could but as you say Life goes on and I never give up.
I consder mysefl extremely fortunate each and every day and after the lifestyle I have lead, and in some instances still lead, I look upon my myself as very fortunate at 67 years of age to still be around and apart from diabetes which I can manage, enjoy reasonably good health.
My mentor, a guy I had enornous respect for passed on suddenly last year, I was both shocked and saddened I understand what you say but there is always a tomorrow and a new day.
I thank my lucky stars each day.
