What are the best yoghurts?

I really love yoghurts, but am not sure which are the best ones to eat being Type 2 Diabetic. Any advise would be most welcome.

I try to aim for less then 10g of carb per yoghurt, but it depends on how they impact you and what you are combining them with.

Also depends on if weight is an issue or not (that's not always the case).
 
I tend to stick to natural Greek yoghurt & add a few berries to it. And may I add that it's so nice to see the proper UK spelling of Yoghurt.:D

That really annoys me too! HAHA, I'm with Mark, if I eat yoghurt it's generally natural/greek and always full fat x
 
Full fat natural yoghurt is best you can add a few berries if you want to add a little sweetness

I buy Mullerlight as I don't like natural yoghurt 🙄
 
Light and free are quite good if you only have one at a sitting
 
I find Light and Free good as well or Activia are doing no added sugar ones now which I find ok too
