My middle sister was the only one to send me a valentine. I have 2 sisters, and I sent each a poem and an old photo of me holding them as an infant. (I am the oldest by 7 & 10 years) In the post. With a stamp. They're worth a pound. 😉

Well I’ve just come back from the hospital and the lady in the next bed to my mum also has severe dementia. Her husband who must be in his 80’s came in with a big bunch of red roses for her and a card with a lovely message. Brought tears to my eyes 😳

Sending a hug Hazel. The postman forgot mine as well...I don’t think I’ve had a card in over 30 yrs but hubbie will go out at midnight in sub zero temperatures to fill my car with fuel to save me in the morning. That’s real love! 😛
