Just looking for info if anyone can help.
I have Philips Juicer at home which used to get a lot of use before my dx.
Now it will basically be redundant.
I know fruit juice is a no no now however, I was wondering if I could still use it for Vegetable juicing for example Carrot juice or Beetroot Juice. I used also to make a lot of those in the past also.
Searched the internet but cannot find any info with regards to Sugar content etc for natural Carrot juice made from whole Carrots.
Anyone got any ideas if it would still be ok to drink Carrot juice in fact vegetable juice in general. Beetroot is another that springs to mind.

I think the problem with juicers ( as opposed to smoothie makers) is that they separate the juice from the pulp, which you discard? By thus removing the fibre, they speed up how quickly the carbs left in the bit you drink get absorbed into the system.
