A low FODMAP diet is one that excludes certain carbohydrates that are implicated in Irritable Bowel Syndrome, the foods tend to be things like fructose, lactose, polyols etc. Have a read here.

NB, I've no personal experience of coeliac disease, but I've seen others comment that if you're going to be tested, don't exclude gluten til after the test, or it won't show up if you've got it.

Wise words from @Robin, especially about not giving up gluten until tested and advised.
Did your GP give you any web adresses to find FODMAP diet? Any idea about when and how you will be tested?

Starting off with blood test tomorrow, not sure what comes next

I'd suggest you get the test, and result out of the way before getting too far ahead. If your test is positive and you are required to have further tests, the same would apply to dietary changes in the interim.

As someone who is a longer term (almost 4 years now) reduced carber, I asked my Endo about my dietary style, prior to my blood tests and he advocated I continue with my diet, even though the reduced carb diet could already be suppressing any reaction.

My antibodies were negative and inconclusive, by the Endo recommended I adopt a GF diet in any case, as people with auto-immune conditions tend to do well on GF. He was also staggered to find, with my family history, that I have dodged every AI condition my rellies have been diagnosed with. Being the sort of supportive chap, he reassured me, it's a matter of time. Great.

If you do end up having to gluten free, it is a challenge, but not the end of the world, in my experience.

Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks for your advice, I already have hypothyroidism and sjogrens so already getting a fair collection of AI. Plus obvs type 2. I’m hoping I will be referred to a dietitian at some point I really struggle
