Hello Forum anyone read this book??? £19 on e-bay, would like some unbias opinion before I purchase another book on Curing Diabetes, the last one was "Treasury of Underground Remedies" 167 Natural Breakthroughs by Racheal Linkie, at a price, I will not admit to.
The presentations are spellbound and catch me out, please help to save my money. PS I definitely not a bookworm. cheers clive55555

Clive the only book I would recommend for Type 2 is Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year by Gretchen Becker. There are a huge number of books that promise all sorts of things, and they are usually based on some sort of flimsy fact that may work for a few people, for a while, but for most people would be a waste of money. You need to understand diabetes, how it affects you personally and what sort of food you tolerate well (using a testing regime, like Test,Review, Adjust by Alan S), and how exercise can help. There is no 'cure', you can only learn, through knowledge of the wider subject and personal experience, how to manage it well 🙂 Have you read Maggie Davey's letter? If not, do read it - it's completely free! 🙂

I suspect it's all snake oil. Save your money. 🙂

Northerner and Ditto I agree with you, but the presentation winds me up, and I believe, thank the force for the forum and all that help we get. Cheers clive55555
