No. There is no need to be a member or supporter of DiabetesUK to use this website. It is completely free to use for everyone.

Diabetes UK support the forum, but it is still largely independent.

So now I am confused! What is it that you have to pay for or donate towards to have membership? Thanks!

kentold lad
sorry if i have caused any causing problem .
as others have said its free to use the forums and i am sure if you are on a very low budget you can get membership for a very low amount i was hoping for a reply from a employee of d uk but this was only a debate .

thank you Hannah DUK
JUST THOUGHT ASI HAD TIME TO START UP A TOPIC and we found some interest to, please do feed back ??
as promised will be sending off my membership ..
like what DUK DOES but as with all charities you have to keep joe public on side and move with times .
had a go at the red cross for knocking on doors at 8-30 on a dark cold evening .
also for being approached by a helicopter charity standing outside a store
asking for a monthly donation i said no , but would have put some loose change in collection box not allowed to carry one DAFT I SAID
you may wonder why i challenge them jus to see the answers .
why ??? i spent 25 years of running the west suffolk branch as committee, member , secretary , chairman. vice chairman we had good team .but it very hard to get peaple to help and run events and to all the dedicated people who well done this was way before mobile phones and internet and it is not always about money but the silent help to help others with the same problem then see there children grow up and take on new thing in life odf a diabetics person every min of the day ..
regards and thank you vic 60 years on insulin
