Can you make use of a bit of good weather today to get outdoors to walk in garden, park, whatever green place is convenient for you? That often helps anxiety.

Can you give yourself Reiki? I know from friends who have learnt this, it can be a self help tool too. Sending loads support and that you get the help and support to feel better.

Hi, I do give myself Reiki. However, I would like to meet up with a fellow Reiki person for weekly exchanges. I used to years ago. But nowadays it's mainly monthly

Sorry to hear how you are feeling. Hope you feel better soon. It is always a good idea if you like walking to try to get out and walk in nature - local park or somewhere where it is "green."

Hi - This morning, I increased my venlafaxine from 75mg to 112.5mg. Most of last year I was on 150mg. I really thought that I would be able to be on 75mg as I was for a while....ah well

OK. I've been fortunate enough to never come into contact with that drug. Is it meant to be an instant fix or does it need time to work? Hope you don't mind the questions.

Hi, Yes it can work. I have been on it for a little while. I was on a low dose most of the time. However, there were times I had to have the dosage increased, especailly last year when I tried to work on the 29th Floor (!) in Canary Wharf...had to leave that job quick time too. Questions are good.

Are you feeling any better today?

29th floor 😱
My son once lived on the 10th floor of a very posh apartment tower with a restaurant on the top floor (33 I think), I couldn't bring myself to go up there for a meal 🙄 the 10th floor was enough for me :D

I am thanks - Just had my annual diabetes eye check - but I am keeping myself busy. Had over 6 hours sleep last night. So that helped me big time.
Blessings
