I was dreading my first proper diabetic review but was chuffed to see I'm down to 44 from 52 earlier in the year. Now to get below 42 before Christmas!

Thanks for advice and support I've received on here it has been lovely. Xx

Fantastic result well done, full credit has to go to you for putting in all the hard work to achieve such a good result.

Thank you all! X

Congrats Nicola, you've plenty of time before Christmas, you'll do it. 🙂

I have just had my yearly review and My hba1c is 45 so really pleased as it was something like 95 this time last year but I am trying to get my life sorted out and get healthy and I have also lost 8 kg so better than nothing

Ally, It would be worth your while to open a thread of your own in General Messageboard so you get more responses & help.

I know you are Ally & its great that you are making a contribution to the forum so thank you for posting your thoughts. Keep 'em coming!
You could open a thread entitled something on the lines of *My Annual HbA1c Result* or *Pleased with my HbAa1c result* or *Happy with my HbAa1c* or something similar of your choosing.
Maybe whilst you're opening new threads, you would like to also open another to air your thoughts about how you are treated by Surgery Receptionists and GPs which you posted on another members thread. You will receive more responses having your own threads. Good luck. If you come across any problems please ask any one of us x
