How soon should sick day rules begin?

I've got a headcold & had a bit of a sore throat last Thursday / Friday. Sometimes I've had a bit of a sore throat but nothing develops so how do I know then whether to start sick Day Rules? On Saturday it was the day I started with a runny nose & had an early night because I didn't feel right. Sunday I mostly had a blocked nose along with a headache but as the day went on I begun to feel better except I don't know now if I will develop a cough

Friday 15/9/2017
8:53am 13.5 maybe from an earlier hypo or sore throat?
11:01am 17.9 2 hours after breakfast
13:58pm 10.9?

Saturday 16/9/2017
20:54pm 13.3 could this be from a couple of earlier hypos or could it be my headcold?

Sunday 17/9/2017
8:50am 12.5?
14:00pm 13.2 headcold?
20:37 12.3 chippy lunch or headcold?

Ketones were checked at 14:00pm & were 0.1

I'm going to see what happens during the night
