Calling all Libre users!!!
I've got 4 days left on my libre sensor but have noticed its lifting a little bit on one side. Ive currently got a strip of microporous tape over it, but the tape doesn't feel very secure.
Does anyone know if I can stick zinc oxide tape over it?

It's not something I've not tried but I think it should be ok, might be a good idea to wait for other Libre users suggestions though.

I've always found micropore tape keeps it on,if you give it a couple of inches overrun either side, I had one start to lift a couple of months ago. I read somewhere recently that you shouldn't cover the air hole in the sensor, ( always have done and it's been fine,) so I've started sticking two strips of micropore on, one either side of the hole.

Thanks Robin.

I asked my pharmacist and he sold me some very thin but sticky film plasters which I use if I'm swimming. They don't last two weeks so I need to put them on and time it just right as once they start to lift, the only solution is to get my OH to trim round the sensor and put a fresh one on top. I didn't know you weren't supposed to cover the central vent so have been quite happily covering it with no ill effects!

I use Mefix a white fabric self adhesive tape, lasts 3 - 7 days. Got my local chemist to order it for me. I use it occasionally for dexcom sensors. It looks just like dexcom tape.
