NovoPen recall

I spotted the recall on the MHRA emails (I receive them on my work computer) and I have 2 pens and both are listed for recall. I called Novonordisk on the number they provide, but they take just your details and then refer you to their website to complete a form to get replacement pens. Finding the form to complete is not straightforward - there is a notice on the homepage, but no direct link. You have to click 'read more' in the notice which will take you away from their website and then eventually lead you to an option request replacement pens. Persevere!
