I would just like to say a public 'thank you' to my fellow Moderators for all the work they do in supporting the forum, and helping me to do my job 🙂

Both @Copepod and @everydayupsanddowns have given a great deal of their time, entirely voluntarily, over many years and deserve the highest praise for all they have done to help make this a friendly, welcoming and safe place for people to come and share their experiences. Without their selfless hard work and dedication it would be an impossible task, so thanks to you and, of course, all others who have served as Moderators in the past 🙂

Couldn't agree more, a round of applause for all the moderators 🙂

Nice post Alan and it's without doubt sometimes a thankless task moderating a forum and every single one of you do a tremendous job sometimes getting hassles for the choices you make but always trying to be fair . I'm just waiting for a call up now haha xx😛

Yes, well done to the mods. 🙂 Is KookyCat not doing it anymore Northerner?

Totally agree with Northerner. The moderators do a brilliant job. They make this a safe place to talk about our condition. Having lurked on
a couple of other forums it is not always so. Well done and thank you. 🙂

Awww... thanks guys. Alan is the mainstay of the forum of course. We all owe him an enormous amount for making it what it is.

Actually, I think I haven't been KookyCat for a bit. Are they alright?

Most of the time I'm not aware of much modding/Admin of members & posts going on. We could be considered a sign of a well run sight. I don't even notice who's a mod usually. I've seen drama & fuss in other places.

Well done to all moderators. You do a great job on here explaining things and putting informative replies. . Thanks 🙂

Aw, shucks, @Northerner. Just checking in briefly, as busy preparing for work in Scotland 🙂
Thanks also for all the messages of support for me and EDUAD.
And thanks to Northerner for all his work behind the scenes and in public view.

If it wasn't for the admin, mods and staff who keep this place going I don't know what I'd do. This place has been invaluable to me since diagnosis.

I'm SHOUTING Alan - the Moderators do a fine and dandy job on here alongside yourself and you all deserve everyone's applause - without theirs & your help & advice I know I wouldn't be as Diabetes aware as I am to this day. Grand work by all, thank you. x
