My bloods went upto 10.2 after 2 hours after eating went down to 8.8 after 3 hours and before bed 3.7 what do you reckon

Tell us what you ate and let's see if we can pinpoint anything from that

Vegetables in black bean sauce with chicken a few chips curry sauce which is naughty
There you go the sauce is full of sugary stickiness , chips full of potato and curry sauce well thats just urgh full stop lol, how about trying sweet potato its really nice mashed or I do wedges sometimes .

Will try those thanks ile have to cook them before i get the delivery in future lol how come my sugars went so low at night though

Thats something I dont know the answer to im afraid.

Funny, but before I was diagnosed, I was having terrible bowl problems & it always tended to be worse after eating sauces.

I don't touch sauces at all now as they are normally full of sugar / carbs.

What medications are you using & how long was it after the meal when you went to bed ?

Watch out for sweet potato, it is higher in carbs than normal potatoes and so can cause massive spikes if you are susceptible to it - some people seem to be able to eat it without spikes, but like porridge it is always wise to test yourself to see how you react.

I've found out that porridge gives me a big spike & then followed by lows, but eggs & mushrooms don't, so that's one food I can now eliminate
