the battery isn't flat and putting it on charge hasn't helped at all anyway, but I have a sensor on and my libre reader won't turn on.

My husband managed to get it to turn on for a bit but I didn't see what the screen said. He just said it said to turn off and that it gave a code but he can't remember what the error code was. He said it was something like 2 (2:2) but I can't find reference to that anywhere.

I can't call until tomorrow because of their office hours.

I'm frustrated because I am running a massive event on Thursday night and that's why I got my sensor on. Was planning on relying on the sensor that evening so I don't have to finger prick all night while running this event.

I had a problem last week with my reader not turning on, but it was the actual button that wasn't operating, I rang them last Monday morning, and they sent a new one out straight way which arrived on the Wednesday. They asked if I'd got a sensor on, in fact I'd managed to get the button to limp on for the last couple of days til it ended, so I assume if I'd been mid-sensor they'd have replaced it.

I'm worried that I won't get the new handset in time. I'm going to start another thread re advice for the event because I was planning on relying on the sensor.
