Hi has anyone out there got a spare Enlite Sensor please. Medtronic have let me down with my delivery and are telling me that they won't have stock before i go on holiday on Monday. I am driving to France and the DVLA have only let me have my licence back due to having the CGM. I am desperate of at least one sensor to be posted to me for receipt tomorrow. I will of course pay for any cost incurred and either replace or pay for the sensor. Thank you.

Hi Jane the DVLA state on their website sensors are not a replacement for finger pokes and can not be used instead of them. So I'm confused by your post.

I know that i have had diabetes for over 50 years and just feel more secure with the CGM and sensor.

Just because you feel more safe and secure doesn't mean it's a DVLA requirement does it?

Have you tried contacting your local rep to see if s/he can help you out?

I too have had T1 for more than 50yrs & have been to Asia on my Motorbike, 11 different countries. No CGM. You can get a Libre within a couple of days but as other have said what's wrong with a normal tester. You try doing Asia on a Motorbike. 4000miles in 10 days. Have a nice hol 🙂
