New lancet...!

I know, it's not St Swithin's Day, but I just tried to turn my next lancet around (the multiclix has a drum of 6) and there were none left! 😱 Even worse, when I looked in my 'diabetes drawer' the original box I had been given at diagnosis had run out! 😱 😱

Fortunately, I have another box! 🙂 I checked the date I received it and - astonishingly! - it was 16th June 2010! Exactly 7 years ago! 😱 Spooky! 🙂

Good grief! I have a box. I was only looking at them on ebay because you were talking about them ages ago, then went to order my usual stuff and dunno how I came to have these! Absolutely no good to me. I hates waste.

I have several boxes of lancets, never ordered most of them, docs seemed to think because I ordered test strips I needed lancets as well and added them to the prescription, even got a couple of boxes instead of test strips once.
