Hello,


My name is Mariam Agha, an MSc Health Psychology Student at De Montfort University Leicester. I am looking for adult volunteers with Type 2 Diabetes to take part in a research study for my Masters dissertation.


If you are not a person with Type 2 Diabetes, could you please share this with your family members and friends? There may be someone with Type 2 Diabetes in your contact list, who may want to participate in my study. Thanks a lot.


What is the study about? This study is looking at exercise and Type 2 Diabetes


What will I be asked to do? You will be asked to complete the following short online survey, and please note that you need to click on the "finish" button, which is found after the debriefing sheet: https://dmupsy.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8AkL5oscuhl2jeR


Is participation voluntary? Yes, you are free to take part if you wish to, or withdraw if you change your mind (up to 48 hours after you complete the survey)

There doesn't seem to be a finish box Is it cos I'm using my phone? A code came up and a Thankyou message at the end. Hope it's gone through ok this time.
