I have just done my weekly review of premeal readings.IMG_0867.JPG Green is on target (albeit slightly more relaxed ones) pink is hypo and blue above target. Very happy with this especially as the only wobbles conincided with a full day out walking with a cream tea (it was a celebration and the cream was lovely) or a change in meds. I even managed a full day at a wedding followed by playing a gig in the evening.

Impressive SB...worked hard...recorded diligently...cream tea well deserved...a modest celebration...hope you got a drink after that end of evening gig...encouraging.

Lovely results SB2015 well worthy of a celebration 🙂 Seeing results recorded in detail shows all the endless factors we are trying to cope with!

Isn't it lovely when you look back and see a set of mainly in-range figures.

Wow impressive, well worth celebrating with those figures. Well done and thanks for sharing with us. Also you do look organised and wondering now whether I need to do a review!

That's a really encouraging way to keep your records. Great to see so many green marks. Well done SB!

I abandoned my manual records when I started to use Diasend which collated the Libre, pump and handset data. However I have come back to it to focus on just premeal readings when reviewing the week. There will still be times when I need to do more when needing to make any changes. It works for me, and happy to share word document if it is F any help.

Thanks Bubbsie. A glass of red went down well after the gig and a garibaldi before bed sorted out the consequent dip. A double bonus.
