Typical. I gotta get s train early tomorrow got uni so I want to be in bed and I have one of the worst hypos.

I've drank nearly a whole cab of coke and I'm still on 3.2 with the libre arrow pointing downward.

No idea what caused it. But mostly I'm just annoyed because it's quarter to midnight and I have to be up at 6. I want to be sleeping :(

Hope your ok now

Check your BG with a standard meter and strip. With the Libre, it's brilliant at telling you when you are hypo, but not very good when you are recovering. If you've had a whole can of full fat Coke, your real BG may be 4 or even 5. If I have a bad hypo, I always go back to fingerprick testing for the recovery, otherwise you will always overshoot the correction because of the in built delay of the Libre.

How are you doing now, Amberzak? Is your b.g improving? These things always happen when you need to be somewhere, early in the morning/

Hope you're OK, it's sods law this happens when you least need it. Do what Mike suggests, I don't have a libre so am only guided by my strip meter.

Thanks all. Yes I did test with strips too and it was also saying hypo. I was as low as 2.3 at one point. I've been lower, but since I've managed to get my sugars under control, I've gotten hypo awareness back.

I've got a reading now of 6.8. So all is good. I expect that I'll go high, so will test once in the night.

Woke up at 10.4. Not at like I expected it to be. It was pretty stable all night too.

I think I'm going to do another set of basal testing as I think the warm weather is leading me to needing less insulin.

Hope you don't feel too bad today.
