I had my consultation today ready for the sedation for my dental treatment. And the dental nurse I saw started giving me advice about my diabetes! She isn't diabetic!
Apparently if I add cinnamon to stuff including a stick of it in my water, I'll be cured!!! 🙄
Stick to teeth love!!! 😡
Anyway, consultation went well and I get all my treatment done on the 23rd May.

Gordon Bennett 🙄 ....I love cinammon, but only in things like mulled wine, in Christmassy scents, in apple crumble etc., and I wouldn't fancy a stick of it in water 😱

There's a lot of weird people about... At least you can laugh, Stitch, and all the best for 23 May :D

Oh apparently it cures cancer too!

I actuallly have a friend in the States whose sister is diabetic but can apparently eat what she wants because she takes cinnamon in some form or another on a morning. Hallelujah! 🙄😱😎

Novo Nordisk will be out of business at this rate - insulin no longer needed. Get your money on shares in Schwartz.

Blooming heck that's where I'm going wrong, who'd have thought cinnamon could cure so much. 🙄

Damn, I knew I was something missing from my store cupboard 🙄

Cinnamon has been used for years to help with blood sugar control, admittedly it doesn't cure diabetes though. Devils claw also lowers blood sugars by doing something to the liver.

Silly dental nurse she should stick to saying ahh and open wide and leave the Diabetes well alone.

I just love unsolicited health advice from people (NOT). Hope the appointment goes well on 23rd

What a numpty she is. Good luck on 23rd May.
