Good spot @grovesy! By far and away the best lancing device available, I'd highly recommend it 🙂
I saw a post on another site, so went and purchased not tried yet. I nearly got with my advantage points a few weeks ago at the full price of about £15.00.

You won't regret it! but being finer, they blunt more quickly than ordinary ones and each one ie one out of a drum, doesn't last as long.

Well I have just tried it, I thought it had not worked it was that gentle. I bought 4 refill packs as well. Think i will get more next time in town.

Well i have used this about 4 times now other the acciidently moving the drum on I am impressed. Thinking of buying another one as i have 2 meters. Use both as I self fund one.

I use the fast clix and I love it haha, the first one I had was with the freestyle optium and I didn't like that pricker at all, I'm tempted to go to boots and buy a spare 🙂 x

Well compared to the one that came with my Microdot meter it is has to be the Rolls Royce of Lancing Devices. The Microdot one is flimsy even in comparison to the ones that came with my old One touch Ultra ones which i kept as the lancets fit them too. The Accu-Chek is much more substantial built. The one with my Dario is built into the meter.

... and it's predecessor, the Multi-Clix, was even more comfy. I think the reason was the larger diameter of the Multi - even more kind on the fingertip. However - perhaps a little large (= scary looking) for kiddies?

I had to buy one from boots yesterday, my old faithful clix bust it's spring and the thought of using that Bayer stabber that eviscerates my flesh was too much to take. Thinking I might get a spare at the weekend whilst they're reduced just in case :D. Funny though, I realised the spring must have been giving up the ghost for a while because the new one is so delightfully gentle and efficient, hadn't realised the old one was getting a bit brutal. Ahh like little fairies kissing my fingers 😉

I am going to go into Boots in town to today and get another, I may us my advantage points to pay for it.Still can't get over how gentle it is.

Bought a second one today and 2 more refills, used my points. I had a look at shelf ticket and looks like the offer is till the 25 the.

Thanks for the heads up Grovesy about this.

I bought 2 to keep as spares. I have been known to drop mine and subsequently stand on them

I use the lancing device I was given with my Bayer Contour TS machine by GP. I sometimes struggle to get blood with it unless I put half way down but then it's a bit painful. So it worth me buying this? I'm ordering online and it has asked me to reclaim VAT which I said yes to. It's only saving VAT on the strips so £4.59 for 2 packs. I assume I am allowed to?

Does it use 1 lancet everytime you test or can you leave the same one in there for a while?

Okay I bought two cartridges and one device for £13.56

Collected my little bleeder earlier this week. Set on 1.5 works for me and it's less harsh on my fingers so I'll stick with this. Still on first needle!!
