For hypers sipping water if exercise is out of the question
Thank you Dollypolly - when I felt ill I did drink 200mls water - but i didn't sip it! Why only sip it!plz? And I couldn't have exercised at that time even if I wanted to:( but it's interesting how different people deal with their own iindividual hypos & hypers

@Amigo
Hi & thank you Amigo - It's unbelievable how one cake will push bgl into double figures 😱 sounds like it was a mighty big cake you ate!!!😛 :Dbut more to the point - did you enjoy it?! 🙂Hope you can rectify your bgl by tomorrow's waking.

I often feel I'm in no-man's land as far as diabetes is concerned - I've learned so much on the forum but feel I still need to educate myself even further - it's all so very complicated - I don't absorb or digest things as easily these days - which is half my problem - that's why I ask relative questions when I feel the need to - take care x
@wirralass , Remember many of us on here have been at this game for years, Me since 95 and it still seems every month I Learn something new esp since I've been on insulin.
So you keep asking ok 🙂

@Ljc. Thank you. Then I've got a lot of catching up to do haven't I?!!🙄 Now tell me - who eats high carbs? The reason I ask is that I have cake recipes that might interest people.

Sorry to hear you're having an off day Ingressus - go to general messageboard & scroll down to FALSE HYPO? I opened this thread because I wondered if I'd suffered a hypo, take care now
