I've been looking for something to have with meals that feels a bit more indulgent than standard veg. I found these in the freezer cabinet at Iceland...broccoli and cauliflower gratins and they're just like a little soufflé but absolutely delicious! At 7.3 grams each, they don't do too much damage either. Very creamy and tasty and best done until the top is a bit crispy! 🙂

I was surprised at how nice they are to be honest. Wouldn't look out of place on a dinner party meal plate 🙂

Actually I've just had one with a home made Cajun Salmon fillet topped with prawns in chilli butter, salad and broccoli and it was bloody lovely! 🙂
