Today woke in bad mood, took blood 7.7 - no reason why so high. Didn't eat breakfast 3 hours later 7.4. Had cauliflower cheese for lunch 7.1. Before dinner back to 7.4. Never this high normally, hope I'm not going down with something. I'm still in a bad mood !
 
If thoose are high for you then you could be coming down with something.

Hope not! Just enjoying curry and red wine but my mood still awful. I am craving chocolate

Don't know about where you live, but here, it's been grey, cold and gloomy for nearly a week, and I had a huge carb-crave today, I'm sure if it had been crisp and sunny, I'd have gone for a walk, or done some gardening, and been fine!

That made me laugh! We had a lovely hot sunny hol in Pembrokeshire a couple of years ago, but it had taken several years to persuade OH that it wouldn't rain the whole week, before he agreed to it!
 
I hope you are not coming down with something, have you felt more tired than usual as that could be a sign.

I think I live in wettest place in UK! Sunny but so cold today.
