Just been reading about this on the forum but when i've looked in the App store there are several versions. Is there any one in particular that is the best to get. Some you pay for some are free. I don't mind paying if its the right one.

I got the £3.99 one and its a godsend. I was given the Carbs & Cals book while in hospital when I was first diagnosed but, as handy as it is, you can't really take it out and about.

There are some handy websites too. I stumbled upon Fat Secret, a slimming website, that has the carbs for big brand foods, restaurants and supermarkets etc.

I paid the £3.99 for the app after being given the book version by my DSN. It really is invaluable especially when eating out. Would definitely recommend
