Had you just eaten anything before testing?

I eat a ham sandwich an hour before

I know I shouldn't of had bread

Hey, but on the positive side you have had a result already!!!

It is your choice, but bread is my nemesis, even Burgen I have to adjust my ratio slightly for. What type of bread was it?

The wrong bread it was white bread

The Targets are:
Before meals 4-7 mmol/l
Two hours after meals less than 8.5 mmol/ l
I personally use mainly Thins as they are alright for me.
Some have Lidl Protein Rolls or Burgen Bread as it affects them less!
You need to find what works for you!
It is not always what you eat it is how much of what you eat!

I often find I can feel a rise then a drop when eating white bread!

I've just tried the new Warburtons high protein loaf. Massive spike! Never again, back to Burgen for me. Though others may find different, you just have to experiment.
