Well, last week was quite unusual, we had to go off the hill 3 times for various reasons (2 medical checkups & 1 to buy a new truck).... Our reward for enduring over an hours drive to civilization is to go to our favorite curry all you can eat buffet....

Trip 1 - BG 9.0:(
Trip 2 - BG 12.4 - Let's not talk about that..... 8.4 after 3 hours
Trip 3 - BG 7.4 🙂

Memo to self, half a small Naan is OK but avoid the token Chinese dish, no matter how good it looks!!!!

Good results, the 12.4 is a tiny bit iffy but the drop after 3 hours ain't too shabby baby 🙂

Curry is the most wonderful thing ever invented. Far more important than flight or the electric light bulb. I could gladly eat it every day and not get fed up with it. If I might be so bold as to suggest trying a tandoori roti bread in place of your naan. I think that they have a log less carbs but obviously this will vary from restaurant to restaurant. If firefighters get curry 3 times per week I think I might sign up 😛

Ah, alas, this is buffet rather than al a carte.....

There is a truly wonderful curry house in Vegas & we make a point of stopping in there whenever we go to Las Vegas; trouble is that it's a 4 hour drive & it gets real expensive if Lady Luck is not with us on that trip!!!!
