So sorry to hear about your eye trouble, AJ. You always seem to manage a brave face. I hope they get to the bottom of it all asap.

This is terrible. I am deeply sorry for what you are going through. Did they seem at all optimistic that they can treat you and offer any kind of positive outcome? I suppose though that before being able to do this they need to properly diagnose the cause. You must be beside yourself with worry. I am worried for you. Sorry I don't mean to be negative and drag you down. I hope that you are able to stay strong. I hope that they can fix things for you.
Thank you Diabeticliberty, Grovesy, Bloden and Khskel. I really appreciate about being able to talk about it on here. They had no answers about what was causing problems in April, and thus no solutions, and it's the same now that the vision has got even worse since April. Don't worry Diabeticliberty you haven't dragged me down. I've had one thing after another during the last seven years and the only thing that has kept me down is my Susie dog passing away. I so feel for Mark because he feels helpless for me but although I have down days I often really appreciate the good times that I have. Mark is worried that I'm bankrupting him because my normal response to bad news like yesterday's involves spending money lol which wasn't so bad until I had to take ill health retirement when I was 42. Anyhow back to the eyes. We had a great time in London today and Mark was excellent at reading out the numerous things that I couldn't read - including the sign for the prosecco at Borough Market 🙂

Take care aj, know how stressful sight problems are, hoping they can come up with some answers for you
Best wishes
