Hey guys just wondering if any of you have come across this ,work have always been very supportive with appointment's etc they've now decided we can only attend said appointment 's if we use holidays and that they can say no if already 2 members of staff are already off . We have to give a months notice for holidays as it is so obviously if you have eye, feet bloods diabetic nurse visit to consultant it can take a chunk of my valuable holidays.

I book most of mine off with holiday because they are always giving me awkward times, company can't legally stop your from going to doctors appointments. Most of my appointments these days are generally more than a month in advance? Can you just book half days?

I am really lucky where I work and they are very flexible around appointments that I need to have. Whether its coming to work late or leaving early. I also have the option to work from home if my appointment is during the day.
