So are all the carb counts on the recipes? I was amazed to see a photo of summer pudding - OK it's berries but it is white bread, you don't get the right results with brown do you?

Yes calories, fat, sugar content everything is on the page per serving 🙂

There are alot of things in there i wasn't expecting, however when it breaks it all down etc it's really good 🙂

Well I couldn't care less about sugar calories or fat - it's ONLY the carbs. I know Diabetes UK often have recipes for desserts with as much as 50g a serving - good grief! How can a T2 eat anything like that after a meal as well!

I managed to look at the pages by logging in to my Amazon account. they do give total carbs per serving (30g for the summer pudding!).
It is perhaps a bit out of date, especially for those trying to go low or even lower carb, emphasis very much on low calorie and low fat.
