When and how often do you change your injection sites?

Hi Whiskey mom
one side stomach- breakfast
opposite side stomach-lunch
1 arm-tea[ next day other arm tea]
lantus- one thigh[next day other thigh]
hes not keen on the buttocks idea so never tried!

It nacks when you hit the exact same spot 😱. You do your best to alter but when i was on 4 a day it only a matter of time unless you are double jointed & stuntman. Change as much as you can. Good luck 🙂

when injection, I also used a different spot each time........

eg. left arm, left thigh, bum, right thigh, right arm, stomach...

I never use my arms, my rapid normally goes in my tummy, I rotate round like a clock. I also use my saddle bags! My levemir goes in my thighs, left for morning, right for evening unless I'm out then it goes in the easiest place to access

Never tried my arms! Tum and thighs for me, I usually work around in a clockwise circle. Can't get at my bum in a way that would let me stab myself there, cos I'm too stiff these days.
