Well donr Laure . Pleased for you I love my Pump only had it 4 weeks what do you mean subject to funding ???? I understand what it means but can you explaine is it down to Diabetes lot whether you do get it

The consultant has to put it in writing to the PCT & the PCT has to agree as it's ?4.5k first year & ?1.5k there are (a few people at clinic were accepted for a pump) I've missed the phone call from hospital thanks to work so on tenterhooks for the phone call back!
 
Are all PCTs still making such decisions now that they only have 3 weeks of existence left, or are they deferring such things for the future CCGs to decide upon when they come into existence on April Fools' Day?

There must be some sort of changeover period, I would have thought? Mind you, after seeing how badly-thought out most of this government's plans have been they are probably just waiting to see what happens and then react to it...🙄
