Last few days my bg has been great, but today i have had 5 hypo's, normal foods, no more exercise than normal, but keep getting lows.
Does any one else get days like this😡

Cold weather means your body uses more energy to keep warm, so that could be at least part of the reason?

Do some basal testing, as Copepod says cold weather lowers some peoples blood sugars.

Lots of type 1s, including me, are finding their insulin sensitivity has changed in the past week or so.

For me, it's partly due to getting jobs done around the place now christmas is out of the way, and possibly the rebound from the festive stress. 🙄

As said, all you can do is to test basals, check ratios and find the new 'normal'.🙂

I hope you got all the hypos sorted, it can't have been much fun. The cold weather seems to do it for a lot of people.

Sorry I'm being dense, if it's cold I will possibly need less insulin?

:confused::confused:

Well ... personally I find the opposite.

Less in the heat, more in the cold ....

YMMV !

.... And if you have one hypo you are more likely to have another within the next few hours.......

Well it turned out to just be that day, every so often i either cant get my bg up or down. No patern, try different sites, but thats just me:confused:
