For the past 2 days I've experienced major BG swings in short spaces of time, the worst was last night, 20.8 at 6.30pm - 2.8 at 8.30pm 😱 Made me feel quite rough and had to check a couple of times to make sure the 2.8 was correct. The 20.8 was the result of over-treating a hypo (2.1) whilst undertaking a christmas trail at my daughter's school. Today I've eaten a lot of gluco tabs whilst out and about.

Maybe it's just Christmas doing it to me! Although discovering my legs are now out-of-bound to inject has brought my levels down a bit.

From 20 odd to hypo without correcting? Wow! That's ExTrEME yo yo! Hope things steady off and you're not feeling poorly with it.

For me when yo yo s get dramatic it's usually over-correcting in one direction or another, but even if that's the case don't beat yourself up, we all yo yo sometimes .....

Yes, no correction, very odd. I don't usually yo-yo unless it's after a bad hypo. Not too bad today, mainly within range, hooray!
