Have you considered having that knee looked at? Could you have done something a bit more serious than you realised?

Thanks everyone 🙂 Tina, the knee is getting better, it just took a heck of a knock, and it probably wasn't helped by running the Great South Run a couple of days later

Chest is sore today, but slightly better than it felt last night.
