So, I've now been on insulin for a month and have yet to get a reading in the 4-8 range, infact only 3 of >100 readings have been in single figures. Travelling a lot has meant I've not got a chance to see my DSN but will see her this week and hope she'll be able to give me some more pointers. I kinda know what needs to be done but right now I'm nervous about trying to work things out for myself so am sticking to what she tells me, still at least I don't have to worry about a hypo!

(thread should read "One month on" maybe the the G & (diet) T is getting to me!)

Thanks for the link Northerner, will check it out, am sure the DSN will help me make the required adjustments.

PS despite the handle my name is Dan!
