I have noticed that my hypos are different since changing to Lantus - it is harder to get my BG up and even when I do the hypo feelings stay with me for a good while whereas before I would treat and go and be fine. I am also getting a tingling bottom lip when hypo now, something I have never experienced before, although I know others do.
Yesterday my BG was 3.2 post lunch and pretty much stayed around that mark for 6 hours despite many attempts to get it up, it would go just above 4 then back down again. At least, being my birthday, it gave me a great excuse to eat more cake.
