I have my review tomorrow afternoon. My HbA1c went down from 11.2 to 7.5 last time, I will be happy if its still around 7.5 or less. Why o why is it that I always get nervous before hand and feel like a bad school girl whos been sent to see the headmaster
 
LOL - and every time I go thinking 'Haven't I done well' they land up picking on summat else I haven't mentally prepared for.

Good luck Gail, I think we all get the collywobbles when we are going find out our new HBA1c. Whatever it is Gail, it is not good or bad but a number that tells you what needs doing or not as the case may be.

It went well level was the same and i have lost just over one stone in weight since i last saw him so im really chuffed
