Tracey,
So sorry have just spotted this gr,All I can say is if it had been me she would not have seen my butt for dust ive already changed GPs once and would not hesitate if i was in a room with someone as tactless as her, so sorry you had to endure her, just remember even though its hard sometimes these people are in the caring profession she was obviously at the back of the room when they gave out compassion.I agree with Alison her suggestion is a good one take your hubby or even a close mate in with you it will help.Usually your supposed to come out of the doctors feeling better not worse :(

I am concerned that a few people are treating you badly - the gp, the nurse and the receptionist. Almost as if you were discussed in a practice meeting or something.

You need to find out why. Might sound mad but if things do not improve, go a local councillor's session or even your MP. Both positions are voted in to help you sort things out.

Hopefully, if you use your upset/anger in a positive fashion, it will make you feel more in control!!!

Hope you get things sorted out - or find another surgery.

One other thing Tracey. Is there anyone who could go with you when you see the nurse? It can be a great help to have some moral support along.

yeah my daughter said she would come with me alison 🙂
