A couple of years ago I did an x-pert diabetes course. I enjoyed meeting others like me. Although I didn't learn much it was nice to know I am not alone.

Anyway I go to the follow up session on Monday so I'll let you kow how I get on.

Oh thats brillaint was that really a couple of years ago wow I remember telling you all about it Caroline,time flies

Yes, the time has flown past. Did you get the follow up to it?
 
Might pay you to contact them. When I filled in the end of course evaluation I said follow up sessins would be usefull, along with a couple of others that were on my one.
 
Did my xpert diabetes update course this morning. With the trainer there were only 5 of us there, and because we had all arrived early we started early.

We were all chatting and all we needed were reminders and reassurances of things, but because things were going so well, we over ran.

There is a new more up to date book and the lady doing it said that everyone who has done a course should be invited to go on the refresher one as well.

If anyone hasn't been invited for a refresher, get back to the people running it and ask them for advice if you want to do the refresher.

Go on to the web site. There are numbers listed there some place.
