Doctors and nurses

Hi,
Just a quick question hope someone knows.When I see my nurse and doctor at seperate appointments, do they both look at the same details on the screen?Just when I went in on Monday about womens issues she(my doctor) said is they anything else I said well im due a meds review she has a quick scan of the screen and says according to this you had one in December but my nurse told me I had not had once since August so it needed doing.It was left in the end and im back in March to have it

It might depend on the surgery. At my GP surgery the Drs and nurses all access the same system.

I don't actually go in for a meds review - it always gets updated once the hospital write. I wonder if its possible that someone has updated the system since the nurse told you that it was due.

Ah yes Margie that will be it then, if anyone remembers i could not get an appointment one week and wrote about it on here, as the system was getting upgraded/dated and it was only 2 week ago.
