bit annoyed with myself, last ha1bc was 6.7% which i was very happy with. had one done mid december & its crept up to 7.2% 😡 i think maybe I had been being a bit slack because of the good reading on the last one! must do better!

sorry you are disapointed with your result, there is a positive though. You know why it's increased so at least you can rectify it. So all is not lost 🙂

I know what you mean - last but one HBA1c had gone down from 7.9 to 7.0, so really pleased - but the most recent has crept back up to 7.4, with no idea why, only maybe I was being slack and complacent. Disappointed in myself, I'll join you in the 'must try harder' detention 🙂
